I work with my amazing admin team, along with the guidance of our wonderful accountant, Christine Fenson, to ensure all financial requirements for SCP are met.

My mission is to provide structure and clarity through the development and refinement of policies and processes that support staff, celebrate diversity, and promote inclusion.

I manage SCP’s personnel needs while supporting our phenomenal staff in all things policy and process related.

My mission is to create an environment where human connection and love is at the forefront of our actions. Where it is as equally safe to laugh together as it is to cry together.
I get the privilege of leading Transitional Housing in finding new and innovative ways to support the individual needs of the youth in our community.

My mission is to create and support the structure within the agency to ensure all SCP staff feel connected, valued, and supported.

I support the amazing Youth Services Resource Team, I also have the privilege of supporting everyone in the agency to feel connected, valued, and supported in all aspects of their jobs.
Our Board of Directors

Cassandra Klassen
Chair, Board of Directors
Cassie was born in Saskatoon and raised in Swift Current, SK. She attended SIAST and earned her diploma in Health Information Management and, later on, a certification in PROSCI (Change Management). Currently, she works in the healthcare industry as a management consultant with Accenture.

Michael Marschal
Co-Chair, Board of Directors
Michael was born and raised in the Regina area, and is proud to be raising his young family in Saskatchewan. Michael has a background in Social Work and presently works as a lawyer with MLT Aikins LLP’s civil and commercial litigation team. Michael is grateful for the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors for Street Culture Project and contribute to improving the lives and opportunities for youth in the community.

Neal Fense
Treasurer, Board of Directors
Neal is Manager – Assurance with Virtus Group. Neal grew up in Regina and has always been involved in volunteering. He received a bachelors of Education and later a Bachelors of Business Admin, both from the University of Regina. In 2021 he received the CPA designation from CP Saskatchewan. In his work he works primarily with not for profit groups.
