Treehouse Cultural Mentor

Location: 2425 13th Avenue, Regina SK
Hours: Evenings (3-10:30 pm)
Employment: Part Time

Treehouse is a safe place for community where youth can find connection, explore resources, and access practical and emotional support.

We are looking for Treehouse Mentors to join our team. In this role, you will walk alongside youth—providing connection, encouragement, and guidance. You’ll help with everyday needs such as finding resources and homework support, as well as co-facilitating wellness groups and building positive, meaningful relationships.

Street Culture Project is hiring a Cultural Mentor to lead and grow our cultural programming at the Treehouse—a welcoming space for youth ages 13–24. This role blends mentorship, ceremony, and community partnership to foster healing, identity, and resilience through culture.

RCY Caseworker

Reports to: Director of RCY
Based at: Head Office
Employment: Permanent Full Time (30+ hours/week) and Part-time (minimum of 18hrs/week)

As an RCY Caseworker you will provide 1:1 support for a caseload of 6-7 youth involved in the criminal justice system with court mandated probation orders. You will work closely with the LSI (Level of Service Inventory) risk assessment and community youth workers create individual case plans for each youth on your caseload. RCY Caseworkers are expected to adhere to industry standards and best practices including working from a trauma informed and strength based approach. 

Youth Care Worker (Overnight Team Support)

Reports to: Shift Supervisor /
Staffing Managers
Based at: SCP Shelter & Peer-Homes
Employment: Full Time

As an Overnight Youth Support in one of SCP’s Peer-homes you will provide supervision and support to a maximum of 5 youth between the ages of 16-21 from the hours of 11pm to 9am. You will be responsible for youth engagement, medication administration, crisis response/management, communication, documentation, and general home upkeep. Overnight Support Staff are expected to comply with industry standards and best practices while adhering to all SCP mandated approaches, policies, processes, and protocols in the fulfilment of their role and completion of their duties.

Human Resources and Recruitment Officer

Start Date: Immediate upon hiring
Based at: Regina, SK – Head Office
Employment: Full time (30+ hours/week)

Street Culture Project is hiring a Personnel Administrator (Human resources and recruitment officers – NOC 12101) to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee records, and the full employee life cycle—all while helping us build an inclusive and trauma-informed workplace.
