Safety & Play
A Safe Place for Youth to Pause, Reset, Reconnect, and Play
2425 13th Ave Regina, SK | Open 7 days a week from 3pm – 10pm.

Treehouse is a drop-in safe space for youth aged 15–24 located in downtown Regina. It offers a welcoming environment where young people can relax, reset, build connections, and access meaningful support.
We offer a vibrant drop-in space with group programming, mentorship, and individualized mental health, substance use and wellness support. After-hours emergency services ensure youth can reach someone for help every day of the week.

PAUSE
A quiet, safe environment where youth can slow down, breathe, and listen to their inner wisdom. Through silence, meditation, and reflective moments, they can step out of stress and reconnect with themselves.

RESET
A space to gently nurture the nervous system through rest, grounding, and practices that support mind, body, and spirit. Youth can explore healthy rhythms; nutrition, and healing modalities to reconnect with their natural balance.

PLAY
A joyful space where creativity, expression, laughter, and hope are encouraged as integral parts of the healing process. Play reminds youth that joy is medicine and imagination is power.

RECONNECT
A place to rebuild meaningful connections to self, community and culture. Youth are invited to experience belonging, feel valued, and grow through supportive relationships.
Treehouse gives youth a safe space to slow down, find balance, express joy, and reconnect with themselves and their community—because no young person should ever feel like they have to go it alone.
